Have fun making authentic Greek butter cookies traditionally eaten on Greek orthodox Easter, as part of lent, also eaten all year round. 
 
You will learn how to prepare these cookies with all the secret ingredients and be taught techniques passed on from generations of Grandmothers (Yai Yai) 
 
You get to take Six Cookies home, have a hands on session forming various shapes while learning the secrets of making and baking Authentic Greek Cookies. (Kolourakia)
