Come along and we will help you with all the questions on fondant cookie making and teach you all the techniques you will need to know.

This class is designed for the beginner. No previous experience is required to complete this course. 
 
Kids are welcome as paid participants

What you will learn

The basics of baking sugar cookies with NO spread (GCCS cookie recipe is supplied)

How to colour and work with fondant

How to emboss and deboss designs into fondant

How to use sprinkles and hand painting to enhance a design

Information about a variety of cookie decorating tools & their uses

How to package your final products in either cookie bags or boxes
By Registering for our classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions

All classes require a minimum number of students to proceed. If there are insufficient numbers,
the course may be cancelled or deferred to a later date, and you will be informed no later than
48HRS prior to the classes commencing.

PAYMENT - To secure your place in a class we require FULL Payment

CANCELLATIONS - within 7 days of class commencement,
payments are transferable to a future class or credit in store, but not refundable.

COVID - New dates will be organized for any COVID lockdowns and we will try our best to reschedule with everyone in mind

NON ATTENDANCE - If you fail to attend the class on the day booked, Gold Coast Cake Supplies will be unable to refund the class fees or offer a transfer

Any photographs that have been taken during a class, cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Students are encouraged to use the techniques that are taught to create their own designs.
All course notes that are issued as part of a class are not to be reproduced or distributed under
any circumstances.

No Children allowed, unless they are a paid participant of the class
