Vizyon White Gum Paste is a vegan and gluten-free gum paste used for creating detailed decoration and figure making on cakes and desserts. Gum paste is similar in style to fondant with it’s flexibility and rolling structure, however it is hard drying. Ideal for use in making larger scale cake decorations such as 3D figurines and flowers.
 
Adapt the White Gum Paste by adding colouring agents and flavouring enabling you to create your own colour array and finish to suit any requirements. Available in the white base, it can easily take on colour to create what you prefer.
